If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased within the first 14 days of receipt then a full refund can be offered. We also offer in store cash credit for the first 30 days of purchase this is often the case for customers who may have purchased the wrong sized clothing.

• Refunds will be awarded upon receipt of the product you wish to return
• If the returned product is damaged we are unable to offer a refund in that case an in store credit will be offered
  
• This policy does not apply to Tickets which are non-refundable
• To improve our service we will always enquire why you are unhappy with our product and make the relevant changes to our store
